Connection error due to Wrong Time Zone

When connecting to Power BI Service, I cannot access any report as I receive the error message:

Connection error

Your connection has been lost. Please check your network connection settings. As soon as your connection is restored, you can continue using Power BI.

From previous posts, I could verify that the issue is caused by having the computer on a wrong time zone.

However, my windows 10 although I'm in Lisbon time, does not recognize the correct Lisbon, it says it's 21:24 while it's actually 20:24 now.

Also, If I manually change the time to UTC-1 hour, it does not work either.

Is there any way to handle this?

How about the result after you follow the suggestions mentioned in my original post?Could you please provide more details about it If it doesn't meet your requirement?

Have you tried to set Time and Time Zone as automatically Like Following Picture? Could you please share about what kind of browser and version you used if don't have any Confidential Information?
