Connecting to documents in M-Files from Power BI Service

Hi Anonymous ,

 

Do you use the following application as a datasource? If so, how can you connect it to Power Bi Desktop? I check the datasouce list but fail to find it.

It is hard to troubleshooting from your description without any detailed informations. Could you please share more detailed information about these issues? (e.g. snapshot, error message, configurations...) 

 

Have you tried to intall the latest version of On-premise Gateway and then do the next steps?

Hi

 

Yes it is that M-Files we are using. But it is just a filing solution. When we connect to the data we just use FILE => Excel 

 

Data refreshes fine via Desktop, it only when on the Service that we have problems. Here is full error message...
