Connecting to Quickbooks
Hello,
When I connect the Power BI web service to the QBO preview app it created a new workspace along with a dataset which I could use to create visuals. However, when I connect to my company's actual data all I got were some dashboards and reports which I could not manipulate. I have no access to the actual dataset nor did it create a new workspace. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I actually am the admin of my Quickbooks online account so that is not the issue.
What I found after further experimenting was that if I navigated to the QBO App via the Service Content Pack and connected that way it did create a dataset with my Quickbooks data.

To import your QuickBooks Online data into Power BI, you need to be an admin on your QuickBooks Online account and sign in with your admin account credentials. You can't use this connector with QuickBooks Desktop software.
