I also have this problem. I have data in tables that I can see on the service via the browser, Power BI desktop can see the dataflow structure. HOwever, as I write this I just saw the page with the green refresh arrows at top left of the screen. Apparently that was the refresh? Because I can now see data!

Hi Paula Where did you see the green refresh arrows? On Service or Desktop? Could you give me a step by step explanation on what you did to be able to load in the Dataflow? Thanks Joe- I have solved the problem too. Thanks
