Connecting Power BI to AWS

We have setup a gateway which has successfully connected to AWS as a datasource. It doesn't provide the option of import or direct query in Power BI Service.

This data can be viewed in the preview on the Power BI service as part of a dataflow.

However, it doesn't appear to be possible to build a dataset or report using this dataflow inside Power BI service. What is the best way to connect PBI to AWS?

I can't connect to redshift inside Power BI desktop on my laptop. I can connect to the dataflow but this appears to be using import rather than direct query which defeats the purpose of having AWS?

HI @ShaunBuchan,

You can refer to the following document to use power bi desktop to design reports based on dataflow tables:

Creating and using dataflows in Power BI

What part of AWS?
And what are you trying to achieve?
