Connecting Power BI report to .pbix in Onedrive for automatic file updates

In the March 2023 release, there is a big change in how we "get data" in Power BI service. Earlier, we used to have a "Get Data" button at the bottom. Details can be found here:
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-december-2022-feature-summary/#post-21693-_Toc1213...

Now, two major takeaways from the update -

1. Instead of using "Get Data" to connect the power bi report in the workspace (service) to the onedrive .pbix file for automatic update, we need to click on "Upload" and select "Onedrive for Business" from there

2. Only "Onedrive for Business" connection is allowed, unlike earlier, when personal Onedrive connections were allowed as well

Now, when I am trying to click on the "Upload" button, the "Onedrive for Business" option is disabled and I see following prompt -

"A subscription is required to use this option. Browse for a file on your computer instead."

I have Onedrive for Business. What could possibly be wrong here?

Thanks!

I am having the same issue. Neither SharePoint nor OneDrive works although it should be included in Office 365 E5. How do I fix this?
