Connect teams shared Excell sheet to power bi

So i have a requirement: 

I have a MS teams Team where i have a shared excel sheet. Using this excel sheet i have to create power bi report and share it on the same team. 
Now the catch is , if anyone in the team changes data in the excell sheet, the chnages should reflect in the power Bi report shared on the same team.

Unfortunately, as far as I am aware, it is not possible to publish Excel spreadsheet changes back to the power BI service.
