Im getting confused with the documentation and data sizes for Premium
P1 P2 and P3

What is the difference between the Maximum data set size and RAM GB
Then we are also told Storage is set to 100 TB per capacity node.
Im really struggling to understand the difference between these things.

Just remember what when you open up the PBIX it will expand the memory size to about 3-4 times the size of the PBIX.
And when using Power BI Premium it consumes memory and not the PBIX.
For example if your PBIX is 500MB in size, when running it in Power BI Premium it will consume anything between 1500MB to 2000MB of Premium Capacity Memory.
