Configure Power BI iOS mobile app
Is it possible to configure the settings on the PowerBI iOS mobile app remotely, i.e. such that our IT department can configure the account settings for each user remotely?

Nope, power bi not support remote configure customize setting which you mentioned.
Current you can only setting device authorization to allow/prevent user accounts to log on power bi mobile app.How to manage devices using the Azure portal
