Conditional formatting on data labels not working in power bi service

I have issue on my data labels, its doesnt work when published to power bi service.

please investigating this asap, i have tried everything : clear chache, create new project, change hex code, change data label design, re-install power bi desktop and microsoft edge. but the issue is still there from wednesday last week.

This is a known issue and Microsoft is working hard to fix it. icMid:333510526
