Conditional formatting of live dashboard tile based on data stream dataset

Hi,

I have created a data stream dataset. Then I created a powershell script which is in loop and creates the stream after reading data from tickets database. As soon as sql table has a P1 ticket is created, I want the dashboard live tile start flashing. Is this possible ? The live tiles seems to be very basic and cant find an option to format them. Are there any work arounds ? Any lead to a similar solution will be highly appreciated.
