Conditional formatting not functioning since yesterday in dashboard

Hi, 

unfortunatelly the conditional formatting in the dashboard (pinned visual from report) is since yesterday not working. 
In the report all works fine but in the dashbaord it is not shown. 
When I switch into focus mode this is working again. But unfortunatelly the abbonement per email is not showing it.
This worked perfectly since two years but today its the first day it is not appearing.
Did MS load in an update over the weekend?

I am glad to help you.

We have found multiple users with the same issue and have reported the problem.

And we see on the internal platform that other engineers have reported and submitted this issue.
The engineers on the product team are now aware of it and will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update here if there is any progress, so please be patient.
