Conditional formatting doens't work after publishing

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with Conditional formatting in PowerBI service.  I am usingSSAS with live connection.  We are moving from PowerBI desktop to
PowerBI service and the conditional format does not work on PowerBI service.
This is what have I done but nothing helps.

- upgrade PowerBI to the lastest version
- Remove the column with  condition format and published report. Then add that column with condition format and published again.
This is how I set up the conditional format

Color shows collectly on desktop version

But not on PowerBI service.  On PowerBI service it shows only data without color.

Note : I try to change from background color to condition format and it
work.

Any suggestion ?  🙂

Hi @Anonymous ,

Based on my test ( we connect a dataset with Live Connection), the condition format works fine on my side. Have you tried download the pbix from the incorrect report in power bi service and then open it in power bi desktop? We did not understand "change from background color to condition format and it work. ", the screenshot you have shared seems has a condition format of backgroud.

Regarding to "change from background color to use icon  in condition format and it work. "
I can use Icon in conditional format and it appears in PowerBI service.

@Anonymous

May i know the visual you are using?

If it is table visual, i heard that there was an issue last week with the conditional formatting.

If it is the same issue, please raise a support ticket with all relevant details and community link for reference.

Hi @Anonymous ,

It should work, could you please share the screen shot from PBI services.
Check weather the column remains conditional formatting.
