Conditional formating (SSAS 2016 RTM level 1200) PowerBI service bug

We reproduced same issue as yours. It only happens on SSAS 2016 Tabular model data source with live connection. We will report it internally. You can also submit an issue on Ideas: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/360879-issues
