Hi,
I'm having an issue with a conditional column working correctly after a data refresh in the PowerBI service.
I have two SharePoint Online Lists that I have created a merged table query from in PBI Desktop, and in the merged table I have created a conditional column that matches two of the merged columns with either a TRUE or FALSE result - this works perfectly fine in PBI Desktop and I have no issues here.
When I publish the dataset and report to the PBI Service everything still works fine, however once I refresh the data via the PBI Service the conditional column no longer functions and the data is returned as '-1', regardless of whether the result would be TRUE or FALSE. This seems like the PBI Service isn't recognising the merged table queries properly?
I can refresh the data fine in the PBI Desktop view without issue - the problem only occurs after I publish to the PBI Service and refresh the data for the first time.

Did you find an answer to this? I'm having the same issue.
I'm also having this issue. Updated an excel spreadsheet and conditional columns are not working for the newly updated rows only the rows that were there before the refresh. Please help, don't want to have to rebuild everything.
What version of the Power BI desktop are you using? Is it an older version? I'm wondering if you have an older version whose mashup engine differs from the Power BI Service.
