Conditional Formatting in 'Card' visual is still not working when I publish a report

We have reported your issue and have submitted to internal icm 336162480 , engineers are doing their best to fix this issue . please be patient and I will give you feedback here once there is any progress.

DanielS_Waves I see that too. Once they fix the bug in the Service, all Cards should automatically get the Fx button back. You could check the Issues forum here:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
