Conditional Cross-Report Drill-Through within a Power BI app

I need to Cross-Report Drillthrough in an app based on certain field values: if AccountNum A + Division A then it should only allow/show cross-report drillthrough to report A. If AccountNum B + Division B then it should only allow cross-report drillthrough to report B. It's doable in desktop using buttons and other controls, but haven't been able to do it in Power BI Service. Any help will be much appreciated.
