Concurrent Users using Power BI Pro License and Premium Per User (PPU) License
Hi P0werBIn00b In Power BI Pro, the 1 GB limit applies per dataset, not cumulatively across users. Concurrent users are supported based on service resource capacity, not a fixed limit.
In PPU, enabling Large Semantic Models allows individual datasets to grow up to 100 GB through incremental refresh. This limit is per dataset, not cumulative across all users. Concurrency depends on the infrastructure capacity of the Power BI service.

Since Microsoft hasn't imposed a hard limit on the number of concurrent users or the total memory that can be used by a single user, what would the performance be like when opening approximately 900 MB reports in 5 concurrent sessions? What's stopping anyone from doing this?
Since Power BI uses shared capacity resources with multiple other pro users, does a single user using a little more memory affect the performance?

Microsoft hasn’t imposed a hard limit on concurrent sessions, but resource throttling and dynamic allocation ensure fair usage. In PPU, dedicated capacity reduces this issue, but excessive usage or complex reports can still impact performance. Optimizing datasets and monitoring resource usage helps mitigate these challenges.

I think User user-based license (Both Pro and PPU) uses shared capacity.
You pointed out resource throttling and dynamic allocation for fair usage. Could you point to some resources explaining this?
Also, I find it hard to believe that Microsoft has not imposed a hard limit on concurrent users or memory usage. What's stopping an organization from allocating the same Pro license for all the viewers?P0werBIn00b Could you check these links
