Setup: I have installed and configured the on-premises data gateway on my network environment to establish a secure connection between Power BI and our on-premises data sources.
Problem Description: When attempting to connect two data sources (specifically, UPQOR and Traceable giving) within the same gateway instance, I have observed that the scheduled refresh encounters issues with one of the sources (Traceable giving). However, when I switch to using separate gateways for each data source (PROD gateway for UPQOR and TGF gateway for Traceable giving), the scheduled refresh works fine for both sources individually.
Compatibility Verification: I have reviewed the documentation and specifications for the on-premises data gateway being used. However, I could not find any explicit information regarding the limitation or compatibility requirements for connecting multiple data sources within the same gateway instance.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken: I have ensured that the gateway and Power BI are updated to their latest versions. I have also validated the connectivity, credentials, and permissions for both data sources, and all settings appear to be correct.
