Commentary syncing between App and Report

Good day,

I have a problem with syncing of commentary between a report and the App to which it is published.

1. If a report with existing comments is published to an App, the comments do not appear on the App

2. If a comment is made in the App, it does not appear in the source report.

3. If a comment is made on a source report, it does not appear in the App to which this report has previously been published

Would appreciate assistance.
