Combobox Slicer loses multi-select and select all when published from Power BI Desktop to Service
In Power BI Desktop I have a slicer set as a drop down list for selecting one or more values to filter.
After Publishing to Power BI Service the report loses the "Select all" option and ability to multi-select options
I've tried re-publishing multiple times. Should all of the features from desktop work the same in Power BI Service?

The above scenario is in my Development workspace in the Pipeline...After publishing the report to the Test workspace it looks like the behaviour might be correct (although the data source has not been refreshed in Test as yet).

Please try CTRL+Click values in slicer.
Or please check the settings of Visualizations->Selection Controls.
1. Under Selection controls, turn Show "Select all" option to On to add a Select all item to the slicer.
Show "Select all" option is Off by default. When enabled, this option, when toggled, selects or deselects all items. If you select all items, selecting an item deselects it, allowing an is-not type of filter.
2. Turn Single select to Off to allow you to select multiple items without needing to hold down the Ctrl key.
Single select is On by default. Selecting an item selects it, and holding down the Ctrl key selects multiple items. Selecting an item again deselects it.
