Combining two excel files!

I am trying to combine two excel files with and there's only one column which is common in both the files out of which it acts as a primary key in one excel and foreign key in other excel files. But I am getting below error, can someone please help me.

Missing tables may cause the error message. I wonder if the data you get in Power BI is the same as the data in data source.  Please make sure you can get all data from the data source correctly.

can you confirm that each Excel file loads fine by itself, and that the key column does not contain NULLs ?

Remove the rows with the Nulls, or replace the Nulls with some other value.

I have replaced all the null values with NA's but still, I am getting the same error.

It does contain NULL's
