Combining Web Data with On-premise gateway SQL server in direct query

I cant access direct querry report. i have set sql data base scheduled refresh set via data gateway. but cant acces direct querry. it works perfectly on desktop but on web it shows me error "this data cant be accessed bu a data gateway: server: ax...sa01; database: ax....sax." i moved to "learn more" but couldnt finde any answers.

Hi @giorgilomidze,

Did you set a proper data source in the Gateway settings? Are there any error messages?
