Combined User Metric Report for Power BI Workspaces

Hi,

I want to have a user metric report consolidated for all workspaces that should retain the historical data for more than 90 days.

Currently, I am using the Power BI report builder to consolidate the Usage reports of all workspaces, and exporting it to excel to keep the historical data - that is a manual process and needs to be automated.

I tried building dataset using Power BI API by getting the Admin rights - by leveraging a solution provided on the internet, but it doesn't seem to contain the data I want, and I am not sure if it would help me retain the data for more than 90 days. I want the same data that is already there on power bi usage report (90 days) but for all workspaces and with higher retention.

Please provide me any solution to this problem. I would appreciate it.

The only thing that is not provided by the audit log is page level detail. Everything else is present.  Audit log data is retained forever.  (But yes, you have to pull it separately by day).
