Columns are missing when data is exported to excel using Underlying option

When we try to export data to excel using Underlying option from a chart we are getting only measures used in that visual. Dimensions and other measures in the measure group are not  exported.

We are using Power BI service with multi dimensional cube.

Are you the owner of that particular model/workspace? If so, check to see if you have allowed for the underlying data to be downloaded by users. If you are not the owner, ask the owner to verify that the option to allow export of the underlying data has been enabled. This will be found in the share settings for the data.

Yes I am the owner of the report. Developed in Power BI desktop and published in service. We have enabled the download option and able to download to excel.
I am not able to export all measures and dimensions to excel. Only the measures used in that visual are exported to excel.

Hi Anonymous , Did you ever find an answer to this? We are having the same issue. This worked last week, but this week, users are not getting all the columns they were previously. It has us perplexed. Did you find a solution or workaround?
