Column Header in Power Bi Service are different than in Desktop

Hi,

I’m encountering an issue with a table column name on Power BI Service. After initially publishing with a typo in the column header, I corrected it and republished, but the column still displays the incorrect name.

Desktop

Power BI Service

    Hi JannaWang,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.

I tried to replicate your exact scenario in my workspace, As mentioned by GilbertQ once the report is refreshed you will find the corrected column name in Power BI service as well.
If that has not worked for you, try deleting the visual and re create the visual once again in power BI desktop and then republish it.
Please try these steps and let us know how it went.

  • Hi JannaWang

Can you please click on the reset default button to make sure if that doesn't reset the column name?
