Anonymous I cant think of any standard way of doing that in power bi desktop. The closest you can get is through using image overlay technique where you import Image in power bi desktop first then put column chart visual on top of it and set background to be transparent and columns colour to white. Whether that gets you close to what you want or not, ill let you decide.
