Colors on dashboard randomly changed for some users

Hello All,

 

Can anyone explain to me why dashboard visuals would randomly change to different colors for some users? Everything was fine for months then within the last couple of weeks, I've had some users ask me if I changed the colors on the dashboard. I haven't changed anything and when I view the dashboard it's the same colors as when I published it but some users the bars on a chart our different on the dashboard. When they click on a particular visual and go to the report the colors are the original colors used for the report. I'm not sure what's going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi nleuck_101 

    Are these visuals custom visual ?  If these users clear their broswer cache then sign in their account , can the color of visuals restore original color ?

      Hello, these are not custom visuals. They tried clearing their cache but that didn't work. It looks like some users are experiencing this issue.

    It seems like the colors randomly are back to what they originally were on the dashboard. No one has been able to provide me with an exact answer on why this happens.
