I have 2 Excel data sheets (that updates twice a week), 3 csv files, GA 4 connection. I need to create one place (folder?) that I can download updates automatilcally and use this place with those files like data source for my reports.
How I can do it?

It might make life easier for you to have them all in one location, but they do not need to be in one place. You just have to connect to each one's location and then to automatically refresh them you create a data source to those locations and then you can have the Service automatically refresh.
