Colleague seeing different data on dashboard

A colleague cannot see the same data on a dashboard which is set to organisation view. It was working perfectly last week but today is different. Nothing has changed in regards to their license or access.

The datamodel is refreshed every weekday and the date/time of last refresh is on the dashboard. This is showing correctly for my colleague. Everybody in the organisation can see the correct view of the dashboard so the problem is only with him.

I have ensured he is using the same link. I have also updated the app and asked my colleague to refresh the tab but nothing changed. His date settings and all other filters are the same as mine but still seeing different data. I have only ever experienced someone else not being able to view an entire dashboard, ie the 'Something went wrong, unable to load the model'/'you don't have access' pop-up. This is very different as they can access the dashboard and see data, but the data is different to what is being presented to everyone else.

Here's a photo of what he can see (left) and what he should be seeing (right):

    Hi, thanks for the support.

Before being able to action this my colleague was seeing the correct data again. The only difference was I had refreshed and published the datamodel overnight.

    Hi, AmberJ217

App consumers may have added some customizations.

To remove them, you may need to unpublish the app and republish it later.

You can also try publishing your App in another new workspace.
