Collaborate with another tenant and create a Dataflow
I have a Power BI Pro license. A customer asks me to build a DataFlow, but I don't have a license in their domain. Is it possible that he can create a workspace and give me permission to be able to get the job done?

You can refer the following documentation to request your customer to grant you the acess to their tenant as a guest user and provide you with the Tenant URL.
