Client keeps losing access to shared reports

I have created a report for a client and she had access to it and everything worked perfectly. She is outside of my organisation but through the share function, she was able to access it.

I updated the report with some new data and added some new tabs but not when she tries to see the report, she gets the below comment:

"Redirecting you to Power BI Home

The link you tried to open is not available to you or has been removed. We'll take you to Power BI Home".

This has happened mulitple times now and they only way I can find around it is saving the report down under a new name and re-sharing the report/editing permissions etc.

I just can't understand why it suddently stops working - is there a time limit on reports shared outside of organisations or do I need to check some box to ensure they have continued access? In the permissions, she is listed and says shes can read and reshare so not sure why she suddenly wouldn't have access?

Thanks

    Hi NikkiSavage ,

Please let the client try to use URL with tenant ID to access the report.( Find the shared report in shared with me)

We can share the dashboard or report with the external users by Azure AD B2B, they receive an email with a link to the shared dashboard or report. They must sign in to Power BI to see what you shared, and it is required to have a Power BI Pro license when view and interact with the report.

They see the shared dashboard or report in its own browser window, not in the usual Power BI portal. To access this dashboard or report later, they must bookmark the link.

    Hope it helps,
