Hi, I have created a dashboard that is derived from a report, on power bi service. In my report I added the button "Clear all filters" but in the dashboard if I press this button, it doesn't work, the filters remain applied. Why it works in the report and not in the dashboard?

Sorry about that. Since the dashboard has no dependent context, your mention of the button to clear the filters above the dashboard not working is a limitation at the moment. Since the dashboard is a visual object that we pin from the report and has no dependent context, the clear all filters button does not work.
You can find this sentence in the documentation of the dashboard:
You can clear your selections by clicking the clear button in the top right corner of the slicer, which is all you can do at the moment.

Button visual objects that trigger bookmarks on selection or clear or apply filters have no action in the dashboard tile. These actions only make sense in the context of the report. You can see this limitation in the documentation below:

As an alternative solution, you can manually deselect the slicer.
