Clear Power BI Data Set Permissions

If I clear the permissions on PBI Desktop for a data source will a report that is on a scheduled refresh in the service, that is using that permission set, get an error next time it refreshes?

Hi @Anonymous 

No, if you clear permissions on PBI Desktop that will not affect Dataset Refresh credentials in Power BI Service. If you look at the Dataset Settings in Service you will see "Datasource Credentials",  login(s) are stored there or in the Gateway (If the Refresh needs a gateway) to be used when the Dataset refreshes.
