ClaimsToken error while connecting to XMLA endpoint from SSMS

Hello,

I am getting the following error while connecting to Power BI Premium Worksapce from SSMS.
XMLA.png
I have latest Stable SSMS build (17.9.1).
I have tried with both  Azure Active Directory - Universal with MFA Support and Azure Active Directory - Password authentication types.
I am able to connect to the endpoint with DAX Studio but not with SSMS.

@Anonymous ,

This issue should caused by invalid connection string. I would suggest you to read this doc for troubleshooting:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/analysis-services/instances/connection-string-properties-analysis-services?view=sql-server-2017.
