Circular query error, can't open Data Model in Service
Hello,
I made a report that relies on API data that is refreshed daily for a certain report.
I wanted to edit the data model so I can add a new table, but whenever I try to open the data model in the service, I get the following error:
I am unable to see the query for that specific table so I could edit the query and fix the problem.
The data is refreshed successfully every day without any issue and this error didn't show up when I built the report on Desktop.
How can I fix the query so I can edit the data model ?

Hi lf2606 ,
This can happen due to the way the relationship is set up or through complex calculations of columns or measure values. And the official documentation suggests it:Enabling the edit data models in the Power BI service preview doesn't apply to editing a semantic model through an API or an XMLA endpoint.

Hope it helps!
