Choosing between PBI Embedded, Premium or Azure B2B

Hi everyone!

 

I would like to have some opnions the best option (cost/benefits) to share the company dashboards to external clients. The ideia is to have about 100 of frequents users on various dasboards (some I will use RSL other personallised dashboards).

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    It would come down to costs, and Power BI Premium P1 is $5000 a month, but would allow you to share with a lot of free users.

     

    Using Power BI Pro licensing for 100 users at $10 each would be $1000 a month.

     

    If you had to embed the Power BI reports into an application you could then look at the Power BI EM or A SKU's which are based on how long they are on for. These are cheaper but you would need to create your own application to embed them into.
