Having an issue the last few weeks with the chiclet. It seems to be now larger and the text wont display correctly on powerBI online. It works fine in the desktop app!! I have tried recreating it and still the same issue occurs. It is not a browser issue as It occurs in edge and chrome.
It should look something like this..

OK, Found a workaround. The width of the chiclet was set at 123px. PowerBI online did not like this and displayed the chiclet much wider than it should. On the Power bi online report, I went in to edit the width setting of the chiclet and changed it to 140px and all displays correctly. There is definitely a bug here. One of my colleagues also had the same issue. This is nothing to do with cache etc.

Did that. No joy I am afraid.
Hi @emountaine ,
It works fine through my tests. Can you try updating PBI Desktop to the latest version and retry?
Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center

Thanks for your reply. I have downloaded the October 2024 version. I uninstalled all the chiclets and the visual. I downloaded the latest chiclet visual from market place. I recreated the chiclet in the report (all 16 of them) and I still get the same issue. I deleted the report, its semantic model and dashboard and re uploaded to power bi online. Still have the same issue. It displays fine in Desktop but not on Power Bi Online. See side by side below.
I can see it working fine. Can you clear the cache memory & try again?
Hi @emountaine,
Upload a fresh file after deleting the dataset & the report from the workspace.
