Chiclet slicer suddenly stopped working in all the reports published to service. It is working fine in pbi desktop. Going crazy over this one. Help!
Having a related problem. In my case, the chiclet slicers suddenly disappeared from my dashboard using Power BI desktop. The configured slicers are not visible in any dashboard including dashboards where they were working properly the last time the dashboard was opened. Previously published versions are working properly. Anyone else having the same issue? Any suggestions? If I change the visual to a regular slicer, the items appear, but are obviously formatted differently.
Hi @Zoozoo8000 ,
It seems that Chiclet slicer suddenly stopped working in all the reports published to service.
I think you can firstly clear browser cache, try clearing your browser cache and then reload the report in the Power BI Service. This might help the Chiclet slicer reappear.
You can also go to Power BI Desktop. Go to the “Format” tab and click on “Edit interactions.”
Changing the version of Power BI is also necessary. If all of these do not help, try republishing the report to the Power BI Service. Also you can read this topic for the further study: Solved: chiclet slicer 1.3 not working - Microsoft Fabric Community

Hi, I tried everything you mentioned. It is still not working. It's not just me. Everyone in my org is facing this issue. When I make it a regular slicer it is working fine in service. However when I tried to update the chiclet slicer to the latest version 2.1 the slicer's name still says 1.6.3. Chiclets are used in almost every report we have so manually updating them to use regular slicers is just going to take a lot of time.
I am having this exact issue as well. The chiclet slicer does work if using MS Edge browser but loads completely blank in Chrome. Tried the cache clears, tried updating to 2.2.1.0, but having the similar issue where after updating, the version remains 1.6.3 and the issue persists.
