Checking if row level security works

Hi Power Bi Community

I have added this row level security:
[Afdelingschef email] = userprincipalname()

It works exactly as it should which is great, but I cannot see which user can see what data.
When I type a mail addrese into the desktop version it shows all the data no matter what e-mail it is.
When I type the e-mail into the service I see no data for some reason.
I use this guide to check if the user has acces: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/enterprise/service-admin-rls

All help is appreciated.

Hi Thomas. Are you selecting both check boxes when testing? you must check "Other User" inserting the email and the name of the RLS rule. Both of them together should filter the data model with that rule.

I hope that helps,
