Hello.
Is there any way I could check who has viewed the report/ dashboard I shared with them?
Some are users of us, the others are external users.
I would like to see if they are using the dashboards and reports we share with them.
And another question is, for the users created under our organisation, could we limit the reports and dashboards they can see? For example if a report is shared with them, tthey can see, but if not, to be private (shared just to those I enabled). When I create share links, I noticed the option "Share within organisation" or something similar. If they are internal users, but I haven`t sent them the link, can they access it? It is displayed anywhere?
Thank you very much.
