Chat window in dashboard

Is anybody aware if there is a direct (or indirect) way to incorporate an interactive chat window or text box on the dashboard that users can collaborate real-time?

Power BI is just a reporting tool. The dashboard can only display visuals and render data. It's not supported to make end users interact within a dashboard.

You may custom a web chat page and embed a power bi report into this web page with iframe.
