Chat In Teams feature moved / gone
Is anyone else struggling with the changes Microsoft has just made to the Chat In Teams feature? It is now only accessible when you hover over a visual and select Share > Chat in Teams. It is causing issues with our users because now they are unable to share a page in a report, only a visual. Before they could use personalization on multiple visuals on a page and then share that personalized page with another user using the Chat in Teams feature when it was on the top ribbon . Now there is no way to have that functionality.
The Chat in Teams button in the top ribbon "re-appeared" for us this morning. We did not change anything but happy it has returned!!

Ours is now back, too! 🙃
We're completely missing that option under the Share button. It just generates the report link, and there's no option to Chat in Teams that generates a link with the filtered view.
Yes that is the same as what we are seeing which is very frustrating for our users.
Has someone found a solution for this? The button disapeared and all of the documentation references a "Share to Teams tenant setting" which does not seem to exist.

I can't reproduce the problem. It worked for me.
Please check this setting.
If you have already turned on this setting, I guess it may be a regional problem or a browser problem.
Please try changing your browser and opening the report in Incognito mode.
