Chart Cannot be Sorted by Axis Field in Ascending Order or desceding order by measure value

GilbertQ : i am using may 2019 version . I had call withs upport guys and they are saying it's design and they esclated to PG team . I am not sure if this is by design how power bi behaves . I need to wait till i hear from them i think
