Changing default print configuration for paginated reports in service?

Is it possible to edit the default print settings for a specific paginated report in PBI Service such that when an end user chooses to print the report, those custom settings are automatically applied and they do not have to modify the settings each time?

One of our paginated reports has quite a few columns and even in landscape mode it exceeds the printable area on legal size paper. We have to customize the page size each time we want to print that report and it's a repeat complaint from our end users. Thank you.

Hi, @pborah

According to my research in the official documentation, you can set the size resolution of the page when viewing the pagination report, and after applying the page setup, the same options will be applied later when printing the page. Each paginated report has its own unique size and requirements, but you can view this document by adjusting the size resolution of the page according to the actual situation when viewing the report:

If you have ideas for improving your Power BI pagination reports, you can also always go to the Power BI Idea website to present your ideas, and users with the same ideas will vote for you, and a certain number of votes will get the attention of the Power BI product group:
