Hi. I was wondering if there is any impact on end users once we change the capacity size. We recently got an additional P1 node and we are planning of merging our exisiting P1 node to this additional node to make a P2 node. The change seems pretty easy as shown on Microsoft docs but was concerned if we should inform our users that this change is happening and what to expect, or if we can just go ahead and do the change and business as usual for our users.

Hi @trebllaw
I have not seen any issues or notice of disruption when going from a P1 to P2, it should be fine.
If you want to be careful maybe do it after the core working hours?
Thanks. I did do the change during off peak hours and has not affected anyone, or any of the scheduled refreshes that were setup. Thanks!
