Changing Data for Relation
Hi Kray ,
In service, it is default for the relationship between data sources, datasets, reports and dashboards. We can't change it in Service.
If you change the data source in Desktop, you need to republish it and then Power BI will detect and correct its relationship automatically.
If I misunderstand, please share more details to us. We will be more clear.

Thanks for your helping, sorry for late reply. I had added new table for relations and then wanted to change relation for 45 web reports. I didnt try to cancel old table relations, so I cant say that it works or not. But I only wanted to learn if I can change relations on web or not. It seems not possible as you said above. I gotta change it on desktop powerbi.
