Changed from Direct Query to Import mode

You can rename the report file name and publish to web service side.
>>The Refresh History shows the refresh as Scheduled and being refreshed every hour! (But the data is not updating)
The refresh feature contains the delay, I also not very sure for the detailed delay time.
