If you update your datsets, you need to update and republish your content pack accrodingly.

Helper IISorry,I missed some part,
If i want to pass my report and dataset to other user,
Say if some user created some reports and dataset for his team and resigned,he might be shared all the report with his user id and after he left the company how to take over his report ,without affecting the user,

You can take over the dataset. Then you can reset the schedule refresh of it.
