Dear Community heroes:
I need to change my source from a local Excel to SharePoint site Excel.. I tried to follow the answers in this community but I didn't get it. any one can help me with this I will be much appreciated
thank you in advance
kind regards.
I have a couple video tutorials that walk through how to do this. It depends on if you're using the file connector or the folder connector.
Move file source to SharePoint folder: https://youtu.be/5SFxHffE2TA
Move file source for a single file to SharePoint: https://youtu.be/wHzrBkbUBgM
You basically just update the path its looking for in the query, the trick is getting the correct path to use.

Hi haniizz
All have to be done in Power Query with editing the M code. If you know how to do it then go for it otherwise it would be easier and faster if you just create a new connection then copy paste the visuals of the pages report into new pages. Delete the old ones and republish your report.

If you can send me a sample of your excel file and the M code that you've applied to import it then it would be faster and easier. Thanks.
